  • Fear, Lack of Confidence, Confusion, or Procrastination

• Step 2: Use the Five Whys technique

  • When you hit your stuck point, ask yourself "Why?"

  • Take that answer and ask "Why?" again

  • Keep going until you feel an emotional shift—that's when you've hit gold

Now, take a ridiculously small step forward.

Maybe it's sending that one email you've been dreading. Or making that single business call. Choose an action so small your mind can't talk you out of it.

But you want to act on it quickly almost like jump first, think later. This is how you will slowly start getting unstuck! Each tiny step builds momentum toward breaking free and thriving.

I don't know how to stress this enough: every successful business owner you admire once stood exactly where you are. They didn't leap tall buildings—they took small, consistent steps each one expanding their comfort zone that became strides. ← Really understand this and let it seep in!
