2. Leverage Your Clients’ Community
When your clients feel valued, they don’t just come back—they tell their friends. And guess what? Their friends trust their word more WAY MORE THAN any ad campaign you spent money on. Referrals are gold.
Create IRRESTIBLE opportunities for your clients to spread the love. Offer a JUICY incentive for referrals—give them something worth their while for every new customer they bring in.
This isn’t the area you want to be frugal. A customer who refers a friend doesn’t just save you money on acquiring new customers—they become more invested in your business, which is exactly what you want! #ridiculouslyloyal
Build a community around your brand. Create a VIP group, an exclusive club, or a private online space where your most loyal clients can engage with each other. The more connected they feel to your brand and each other, the more they’ll shout your name to their friends.
Forget the expensive ads and focus on what’s already working for you: your current clients. Engage with them regularly and turn them into your most vocal advocates. Make them feel like they’re part of something exclusive, and they’ll spread the word for you.
