I’ll evaluate how your customers interact with your business across various touchpoints and provide detailed, actionable insights. What to Expect: Anonymous Review: I’ll simulate the experience of a first-time customer, using your website, social media, emails, or any other touchpoints you want me to assess. Customer Perspective: You’ll get to see what your customers might be thinking, but not saying. Detailed Report: I’ll pinpoint areas of opportunity for improvement, highlight strengths, and provide actionable recommendations that will elevate your customer experience. Review Session: After the report is ready, we’ll schedule a 45-minute to 1-hour session to walk through the findings together and discuss the next steps. Time to Complete: The report will be ready in 5 business days or sooner. You’ll receive the full report at least 12 hours before our session to review it.

How to Make the Most of Your Session!

  • Quiet Your Mind: Take a few minutes BEFORE our session to clear your mind. You are a busy person, doing this one thing will help you focus and retain more information.

  • Bring Pen and Notepad: There will be key takeaways and tasks worth noting. You gotta care about your business more than I do.

  • Prepare Questions: List your questions and new situations. I am here to help you deal with the everyday business chaos.

  • Be Punctual: Show up on time! If you don’t value your time, how can you expect others to value yours?

  • Clarify Action Plans: When confused or unsure, ask for clarity!

  • Identify Triggers and Concerns: Make a note of any confusion, triggers, concerns, or discomfort with the tasks we discuss. This will help us address them effectively.

  • Active Participation: Your engagement and proactive effort are crucial. Be prepared to implement feedback and make the necessary changes between sessions.

  • Schedule Regular Meetings: Lock in sessions every 1-3 weeks. This is crucial for consistent support and relentless progress.
